I actually spent some time with Ginger today instead of working on the plane. It was well worth it. We went went running and then out for lunch. When we got back, I began working on the weather seals. I cut the angles to length and marked the holes to obtain the proper radius in each angle cut. The cuts look haphazard in the photo but in reality they came out pretty well. I cut the seal support angle from stock, marked the holes and cut the relief angles. I still need to finish the edges. Once again, the cuts look strange in the photo. Oh well.
