Brief Description:  More Cabin Frame & Forward Cabin

I broke out the Dremel and notched and radiused the aft corners of the cabin frame. The frame fit is somewhere between that of He Who Shall Not be Named's and Joe Tierney's. I think it will suffice. It will have to now because I drilled the holes attaching the frame to the angles. I tapped the forward holes and countersunk the four outboard holes on each side. I enlarged the holes in the top skin to #19 and dimpled them for the #8 screws. I then took the frame outside along with some parts that I primed last week and shot the finish paint on them. I also sprayed some of the interior that I had not yet painted. I still need to tape it off and finish painting the rest. While the paint was drying, I fabricated the F-721C Attach Angles, F-743B Angle (made two by accident), and F-703 Angles. I cut the F-697 to length and cut the angle on the one end. I need to review some build logs as I am a little confused on the angles at the moment. I think I am just tired. I knocked the drill off of the bulkhead and dented the riveted floor behind the seat. Going to need some carpet! Hopefully, it won't look too bad in the morning. I also drilled the side covers to the bulkheads (can't remember the real name of the covers but they are the ones that get blind riveted). I broke my threaded mini #30 bit. I also drilled the brace between the cabin frame and bulkhead and countersunk the spacer. I need to prime, rivet and paint the brace.
