Brief Description:  More Tunnel Cover, Forward Covers, Flaps

Long day and it doesn't feel like I have a lot to show for it. I got everything primed. I riveted the tunnel cover and the forward covers together. Getting the forward covers to fit was a bit of a pain. The floor stiffeners seem a bit close together, but they were matchdrilled to the bottom skin so they must be correct. I tried to spray the finish paint but ran out of Rustoleum Hammered Grey and was too busy/lazy to make a run to Home Depot. I installed platenut after platenut until I think I could rivet them in my sleep. The two platenuts in the firewall recess are not my best work, but they are functional and I will hide them behind that beautiful engine. I drew a centerline on the F-766C plate and matchdrilled it to the F-766A channel. I need to prime the pieces and then rivet them together. I'm on call again tomorrow, but hope I can keep making progress. The Cessna is being annualed and I have my FAA physical scheduled for Tuesday. Time to decide whether to sell the Cessna or fly it a little longer.
