Brief Description:  Continued Rudder and Brake Pedal Fabrication

We had tickets for the Gator Bowl, but the forecast was cool and rainy so we bailed on going and watched from home. In between football games, I got a little work done on the RV. I drilled and trimmed the angle braces on the brake pedals. I went ahead and made the optional trim cuts even though it doesn't save a great deal of weight, but I prefer the look. I countersunk the holes in the pedals and they are now ready to prime, paint and assemble. I drilled the rudder bearing blocks with a #10 drill and used the bandsaw to cut the Center Bearing Block in half. I had to trim a little length from both of the rudder bars. I wanted to drill the blocks to the longerons, but i still need to drill the top hole in the F-902 Bulkheads before I remove them to get to the longerons. The garage is too full to easily access that area of the fuselage without moving some things around and I didn't feel like doing that in the rain. I marked the F-6118 Rudder Pedal Brace for trimming and called it a night.
