Brief Description:  F-684 Gussets Drilled, Forward Bulkheads

I clamped the F-684 Gussets in place and drilled them. l clecoed the F-902L&R Forward Bulkheads into place. I will open the hole for the rudder cable to 5/8" and rivet the platenuts later. I put the bottom skin back into position and drilled the holes in the side before removing it again. I clecoed the F-7101 Gear Attach Web to the F-704 Bulkhead and drilled the F-902 to the F-7101 and skin. I drilled the bottom tab of the F-902 to the Longerons but just realized that I forgot to drill the upper tabs. I fabricated the F-796C&D Spacers and drilled the top 3/32" hole. I fabricated the F-796B Reinforcement Angle after some head scratching and drilled the top hole to #30. I called Joe to make sure that I was proceeding correctly as my "center line" as I understood it did not line up with the holes in the skin when the angle was in place against the F-902. I then drilled the angles through the skins and removed the angles. I clecoed the spacers to the angles and match-drilled them. I clecoed the angles and spacers back to the forward fuselage and everything looked good. I removed them and put them away to prime later. Nextl up are the rudder and brake pedals.
