Brief Description:  More F-705 Bulkhead

What was "ok" last night was not "ok" this evening. I decided to cut and drill another F-705H Spacer to replace the left one that moved on me while I was drilling it last night. This second attempt was much better.

I drilled out the two holes in the F-705A for the snap bushings. Although I am using electric trim, I drilled both holes. I still don't have a good grasp on how much wiring I will need to run aft.

I countersunk the rivet holes in the F-705K Plate. I forgot to countersink the rest of the holes that need it because I started thinking about the F-705G Angles and how I needed to proceed. I checked Ethan Jacoby's and Brad Oliver's build logs and went back to the garage. I got everything clamped together and drilled the angles to the F-705F and then to the F-705D L&R. I drilled two holes in the angle to start the "slot" and then finished it with a Dremel tool. Like some others, I am not thrilled with the results but believe they are acceptable. They look pretty good when viewed through the F-705D&F- just don't look underneath!

I think I will try to finish all of the fabrication before priming the parts. It should save a lot of time in the long run.
