Brief Description: Began Assembling the F-704 Bulkhead
It is quite the pucker factor to drill into anything gold in color. Particularly when the pieces are specifically matched to the completed wings behind you. I measured for what seemed like a good hour before I began to drill. I stopped to check one last time and discovered that I had incorrectly marked the center line of the forward (F704-A) bulkhead. I caught my mistake in the nick of time and proceeded to measure over and over again for slightly less time than eternity. I finally got the holes drilled. In the four holes in F704A/B, I substituted the slightly larger SB625-8 for the standard SB625-7 snap bushings. At this time, I am not exactly sure what amount of wiring they will need to contain, so I erred on the side of caution. I stopped for the evening as I want to look at a few build logs before I proceed.
