My shielded cable came in from Aircraft Spruce the other day so I can run my wiring through the wings and rivet the bottom skins. Today, I drilled the right wing flap hinge to the wing. I got the requisite 1/4" gap between flap and aileron and the trailing edges lined up. Once again, I had no problem with edge distance when drilling the hinge. I countersunk the flap brace and primed all of the countersunk holes in the braces and rear spars (where they were "touched up" previously). I pulled the AOA and Pitot tubing through the snap bushings.
