I deburred, etched and primed the right aileron parts. I primed the inside of the counterbalance pipe by pouring primer into it and using compressed air to blow it down the pipe while I rotated the pipe. Quite a mess, and not one of my favorite tasks! I dimpled the parts and riveted the spar together. I used a dimple die in my rivet gun to dimple the forward edge to the counterbalance pipe and then clecoed the aileron together. I mounted it to the jig in preparation for riveting (hopefully tomorrow night).
