I spent 20 minutes countersinking the remaining holes in the top of the left spar and then searched the garage for my tungsten bucking bar again. I couldn't find it so I broke down and ordered another bar from Avery Tools. Fortunately, they are having a sale with 5% off and $1 shipping on orders over $100.00. If I ever find my original bar, I will sell it to recoup some of the money! I messed around again with trying to seal the balloon to the right tank without sucess. I saw on another build log the builder used a piece of scrap aluminum tubing connected to the vent line with an AN fitting. I will give that a try.
