Brief Description: Left Tank Work, Joint Plates and Stall Warning
I "fay sealed" the interior ribs for the left tank. They are 100% clecoed and I will rivet them tomorrow. I dimpled the joint plates and attached the platenuts after priming the pieces. I started working on the stall warning system again. The plate did not match the instructions so I checked out some other build logs. It appears that Van's sent me a wrong piece as it does not match the photos in other RV 7 logs, but appears similar to the pictures in RV 12 logs. I took a picture of the part and will email Van's for clarification. I countersunk the main spar on the bottom side where the tanks go and primed the bare metal. I still need to finish countersinking the rest of the spars but will wait until I pull the top skins off. I riveted the forward most rib hole that will be covered by the tanks when they are installed.
