I finally encapsulated the rivet heads on the right tank and made the fillets around the ribs and stiffeners. I purchased several syringes to encapsulate the rivet heads but discovered that popsicle sticks work easier, faster and did a fine job. I deburred and dimpled the parts for the left tank and discovered that I still need to fit one of the capacitance plates to a rib. I riveted the left tank stiffeners and encapsulated the heads. I then formed the fillets around the stiffeners.
