I made a Home Depot run this morning to pick up another 6-32 tap. I grabbed some cable ties for the static system, a bag of cable tie mounts, and a 7/8" unibit. Next stop was West Marine for some epoxy and hardener. I got home and trimmed the lower fairings to give the appropriate clearance for the rubber channel. I drilled the holes through the longeron and broke my new tap. Fortunately, I had a third 6-32 tap that I had forgotten about. Using a generous amount of lube, I managed to get the rest of the holes tapped.
