I received my new F-631A canopy frame aft bows. I think the right side may be ok, but the pilot side definitely needed replacement. This time, I did not drill the holes from the side rail bracket to the rear bow. I think I will wait until I fit the canopy and make sure the bow fits exactly. I moved on to the canopy frame reinforcement kit. I deburred and edge finished the pieces and flanged the lightening holes. I ended by bending the tabs to the approximate angle which will be adjusted when the parts are riveted to the frame. Not shown in the picture are the six "tabs" that I had to construct that will get riveted out of sight on the back side of the larger parts.
