Brief Description:  Reassemble Fusleage for Riveting

This is the first day that I remember not enjoying working on the plane. I did get some things done, however. I riveted and bolted the outboard seat ribs to the bulkhead. I used a double offset rivet set which I always "enjoy" and I think that is what set the tone for the day. I reassembled the F704 Bulkhead and installed the control column as I had previously bolted it all together. In someone's build log, I had read that it was a pain to assemble once the brackets were bolted in place. We will see if it is less or more of a pain to do it this way. I began reassembling the fuselage assembly and clecoed it together in preparation for riveting. Joining the Center and Aft Fuselage Assemblies was almost as much fun as the first go around. Fortunately, my wife is very patient with me. We got the side skins on and then I bolted the lower longerons to the firewall. It is good to see it taking shape again. Time to start riveting.
