I started by drilling the holes for the tank attach brackets. I did the right side first, and fully expected the left side to be finished faster and better. Not the case. I drilled the holes using the skin as a guide and somehow I have the F-902 or something else off just a smidge. I had difficulty getting the socket on the bolt. I will check to make sure the F-902 is square but I can make it work as is if necessary. I also drilled the 7/16" holes and the 1" holes through the sides for the vent and fuel lines, respectively.
Once that was done, I removed the auxilliary longerons and clamped them and the bearing blocks to my table. I drilled three sets of holes beginning three inches back of the firewall and then one and two inches behind that. I trimmed the F-6118 Rudder Pedal Brace per plans and clamped it to the firewall after reinstalling the longerons and rudder pedals. I drilled the Center Bearing Block holes and then moved the entire assembly rearward utilizing the second and third set of holes I previously drilled in the longerons and drilling matching holes in the Rudder Pedal Brace. I forgot to take a picture before I removed the assembly from the fuse. I trimmed some excess material from the Brace and drilled the lightening holes per the plans.
