I drilled the outboard ribs to the spar with a #12 drill. I countersunk the galvanized counterbalance pipe and clecoed the entire assembly together. I matchdrilled all of the holes to #40 and to #30 on the bottom where the forward and aft skins attach to the spar with pulled rivets. I need to etch and prime the parts and then rivet them together and the ailerons will be complete.
