I asked Bob Wooley to take a look at my first soldering attempts and my vent tube flares. He is a multi-time builder and a fount of knowledge. He gave me some pointers on flaring and pronounced the soldering good to go. I came home and bent the vent tube lines and cut them to final length. I then attached the wires to the outboard capacitance plates. Earlier today, I received a reply email from Van's confirming that I had the incorrect VA-195E for the RV 7 stall warning system and that they were sending out the correct one in the mail today. Gotta love that company.
