Drilled 1/4" hole at the base of the forward control stick near the axis point of the stick, two reasons. (1) To minimize the amount of movement the wires will experience and (2) to maximize the ability to route the wires to their respective destinations forward and aft.
Labled the wires #1 through #8 in order to later connect the wires.
Fit the Grip and Stick head and routed wires through a snap bushing in the 1/4" hole drilled into the Control Stick.
