Installed the master and starter contactors on the battery shelf forward side, installed the power cable between the two contactors, and the power cable to the starter.
The alternator has an internal regulator, so no firewall mount voltage regulator. The starter has an associated solenoid, per Vans plans, removed the jumper cable between the solenoid and starter motor, this will be activated from another wire run from the starter contactor.
Test installed some protective wrap around the hole for the throttle, mixture and prop controls in the left aft gear leg tower... looks like it will do the job.
