Time to finalize the fuel line requirements which is very much dependent on the fuel flow sensor location. Contacted Tom at tsflightlines, Tom sponsored Team RV for several years, and in that time, mounted the fuel flow sensor (red cube) in just about every location. Tom found the best thing to do is to mount the sensor on top of the engine with a short 4" line run from the red cube to the divider. The input side of the red cube is fed from a line which routes between cylinder #2 and #4 through the inter cylinder baffle, then down to the back of the fuel servo.
The main reason for routing this way is to prevent hot start issues, per Tom. It looks like I will be moving my planned red cube installation location to accommodate the new routing. I just need to sort out how to mount the red cube where the lines don't interfere with anything that cannot easily be moved.
