Brief Description: Engine Baffle Install - Left Front CB Ramp [1]
The left front cowl baffle (CB) interfered with the engine case immediately behind the engine fly wheel.
Repeatedly marked and trimmed the cowl baffle ramp, fitting the baffle on the engine repeatedly to finally determine the needed clearance. Used tape to mark the baffle and prevent over-trimming. I think this required 5 - 6 iterations to get where it need to be for clearance.
Drilled #30 the holes connecting the left cyl 2 baffle and left from CB ramp; disassembled and deburred.
