Brief Description: Engine Baffle Install - More Baffle Fitting
|

Continuing to install the baffle panels, cleco in place and temp install the screws to engine.
• The right aft baffle has a screw into the engine case that is really impossible to reach without removing the oil filler tube,,, so cut the safety wire on the oil filler tube, use safety wire pliers to unwind the safety wire, and removed the oil filler tube..
• Covered the foil filler tube opening to protect for contamination.
• Installed the aft right side baffle, right side forward panel, temp screwed in place.
• Cleaned, deburred the remaining right forward ramp baffle brackets, clecoed, match drilled, disassembled, deburred holes, etc. and then riveted the right forward air dam per plans, clecoed remaining components.
• Temp installed the right forward baffle to engine case and right forward baffle panel.
