Installed DG Cushion Clamps on the Fuel Lines: • FW to Fuel Pump to protect from the Engine Mount and Breather Tube. • Fuel Pump to Fuel Servo to protect from Exhaust Support Rod.
Method used on these clamps: • Align bolt/screw clamp holes with alignment tool (screw driver) • Safety Wire clamps closing the clamps sufficiently to install bolt/screw as required. • Install washer and nut on reverse side of clamp; tighten enough to hold in place. • Unwind safety wire and remove. • Complete installation tightening bolts as required.
