Brief Description: Sanding Canopy Skirt for Windscreen Fairing Inters
After allowing the fiberglass shims to cure on the inside of the canopy skirts, started sanding the canopy skirts at the forward lower corner where the skirts bow outward. This is basically just sanding until it looks right. My idea is to have the canopy skirts roughly in line with the wrap around portion of the forward skin. Then the fiberglass layup from the windscreen fairing will continue down the side of the skin and overlay the skirt, so when completed, the skirt will tuck under the fiberglass in the same way as it does for the windscreen fairing.
