Brief Description:  Canopy Skirt Trimming

The neat trick is to make the final trim cuts to the canopy skirts - so they look the same left to right. Of course you can not draw a scribe line from the reverse side since the plexi bubble is sandwiched between the skirt and the canopy frame.

I used electical tape again to make new trim cut lines, it is easy to reposition as you go while laying it down, and lends itslef to make a smooth line for trimming the skirt.

Still, getting the skirts to match, or at least, look like they match, required patience and carful trimming. It's pretty obvious when things don't seem to match since the canopy frame gives a relative distance between the top of the top rail and the top of the skirt when viewed from the inside of the canopy.

It is also obvious I'll need to use a table mounted belt sander to finish the bottom of the skirt so that it looks straight.
