Spent 6 weeks dreading working with the fibreglass canaopy skirt, really had no idea how to proceed, it's very different process that all of the work previous since you can not match drill the components.
Began by making the required templates for the canopy rail ribs, there are (1) forward, (1) mid, (1) rear and then the final where the caopy rail bends upward to the top rail.
Made the templates by using the hole duplicator previously built. Made a template for each rib since the hole locations are not exactly the same. Also made a template for the rear rail where it is bent upward to the top rail of the canaopy frame. Marked each template so as not to confuse myslef later when trying to use them to locate the holes in the epoxy fiberglass skirt.
