After marking all of the required locations for the lower canopy frame tube (left and right), drilled using #40 very carefully to keep the hole centered. Since the canopy frame is hardened steel, had to replace the bit 3 times to make sure it did not travel during the initial contact with the canopy frame. Required patience and careful application of pressure on the drill to get a good start, then slowing quicken the drill speed.
All holes drilled, I think 23 per side in the lower canopy frame tubes.
In order to mark corresponding holes for the canopy skirt, made a hole duplicator per spec. This will be used after the canopy skirt is positioned in place to mark the place to drill holes.
