Brief Description:  Baggage Door REVISITED Part II

After the door was strapped back into place on the fuse, with the inner skin clecoed in place, and the door hinge clecoed to the hinge brace, spacer and top skin, climbed into the fuse, on my back, avoiding the center seat belt tab, etc... to rivet the skin in place.

Started in the middle of the inner door skin as per spec, and riveted with CS4-4 (pic 2) for the forward and aft ribs in common with the inner skin. Once the inner skin was riveted, removed the straps holdoing the baggage door in place and tested the door fit, all is well. Fix was easier than anticipated. Root cause seems to be I used a new style inner skin but my fuse is not.

Completed riveting the inner skin where in common with the outboard rib, and will complete where the inner skin is in common with the hinge angle when removed from the fuse.

Now, back to the canopy.
