Brief Description: Beginning Canopy Fitting

When I purchased the kit, the previoius builder had completed some work on the canopy install. Generally I was glad until today when I had to sort out exactly what was done, and what was not done. Ths is the way whenever you purchase a kit from someone and not the factory.
The good news is that it seems the steps were followed and everything was done to make and install the canopy center rail correctly. Both side rails have been installed, and I think the spacing is correct, as is the outer ribs of the canopy spacing.
The only issue I find at the moment is the trailing edge of the top skin F821-PP interferes with the closing of the canopy. I don't know yet iof this is normal, and trimming is required, or is there an adjustment to the canopy frame that is needed. Emailed Vans with pics for confirmation before proceeding with either squeezing the canopy, or trimming the skin.
Otherwise, once this is sorted, it is time to work on the canopy skirt !!
