Brief Description: Top Skin Alignment

After some more fiddling, still have an unacceptable gap between the forward edgeof the left side of the top skin, and the side skin. The gap is about 1/8 inch.
Contacted Vans for suggestions and sent pics. It's difficult to describe exactly what the problem is, but in the course of events of troubleshooting, Vans suggested the skin might have been trimmed too short, and suggessted ordering a new skin. It's only $61, so in the grand scheme of things, not really much.
But somehow, I think I have just not paid close enough attention to the ift and alignment of the top skin, and am thinking this is fixable.
I am going to disassemble the entire top skin assembly, removing all of the clecos in the baggage bulkhead and instrument panel attach flange, re-align the top skin clamping the left side of the top skin in place with the firewall, and then proceed with re-clecoing the skin back to the instrument panel attach flange and baggage bulkhead..
