Brief Description: New Flap Block... again, and doubler plate
The original doubler plate had unfortunately shifted at the rear just a hair, so the flap block bolt would not align. Doubler plates were needed since the previous kit builder had drilled out the flap block holes oversize in the longeron, and it was impossible to locate the nutplates.
Made a new Flap Block, ruined the previous one trying to get the bolt to align. Made a new doubler plate, longer than the first so I could cleco in place using holes predriled for the rear seat floor to ensure it does not shift before I get it riveted.
Using Cherrymax rivets flush to attach doubler plate.
