Brief Description: Install the rudder

Only took me three days to get the rudder installed where it seems to fit properly... At first, I was installing the top and middle bolts into the rudder hinge brackets, which left the bottom hinge bracket, which I just could never get to align. Reviewed the plans again and again, because the dimension call-outs for the rod end bearings on the rudder are quite specific ( defined in 64th inch).
After two days of removing the rudder, adjusting the rod end bearings, re-trying, and basically getting nowhere productive... I changed my approach (if you don't like what is happening, do something different!), I attached the rudder by the top and bottom bolts, which allowed me to conentrate the rudder clearance at the top of the rudder with the VS. It then became fairly easy to get the middle bolt into the rudder hinge with just a little adjusting.
