Brief Description: A plan to fix flap block location issue...
Made doubler plates to be installed underneath the longeron for locating the flap blocks. Attached nutplates to doubler plates, which were made from a template from each flap block.
Now to get the doubler plates riveted to the longeron. Planning on using Cherrymax blind steel flush rivets.
