My first 'real' problem to overcome. The previous owner of my kit has drilled the holes for the flap blocks without the benefit of bolting the flap block into the rear hole of the longeron to drill out the forward hole. Instead, he seems to have gotten way to happy with a drill, creating holes much to large, and by no means round, preventing location of the required plate nuts.
Since the flap blocks, securing the flap actuator bar, seems to me to be a flight critical part - LOL.. I must find an airworthy solution to this problem. I am thinking a doubler plate to redrill the flap block holes, so I can locate the nutplates.
