Brief Description: Sold the Cherokee

Sold the Cherokee (N8251N), my 1969 PA28-140, to Tom Scoggins, Ocala, FL. Proceeds of this sale will fund the engine and avionics, or engine and prop, but not engine, avionics and prop!
Engine - looking for O-360-A1A or similiar
Prop - Constant Speed
FI or Carb - TBD... leaning towards FI
Tom will not take delivery until Nov, annual and the Piper PA28 turnbuckle AD is due.
Funny story, I did not even advertise it was for sale, I mentioned to my financial guy at my bank that I was needing funds for the engine, etc, and he aksed if I was still going to sell the Cherokee. I told him, 'yes', and he said his father in law was in the market. The rest, as they say, is history.
N8251N new home will be KOCF.
