Moving on the spinner installation. The rear bulkhead has a doubler plate with patch AN5 bolt holts where the bulkhead attaches to the rear of the constant speed hub. Aligned the bolt hoes, then matched drill the 22 holes #40, then #30 as required. Outlines the cut out of the doubler plate to the bulkhead and separated. Next step is to remove the outlined area, deburr all edges and holes of both.
