Brief Description:  Windscreen to Roll Bar Spacers

Used nylon washers for 6-32 screws to make spacers where needed to ensure the windscreen matches up nicely to the canopy when closed. The screw located closest to the top skin requires the most washers, with a decreasing number as the locations move away from the top skin, and none at the top.

In order to keep the washers together and actually be able to install the washers between the skin and roll bar, I used heat shrink to join the appropriate number of washers together. It was just a matter of stacking some washers on a AN screw, measuring against the distance between the roll bar and the underside of the windscreen, adding or removing as needed, then cut a piece of heat shrink to surround the washers. With the screw standing on end, washers in place, surrounded with the heat shrink, hit with the heat gun which nicely snugged the washers together enabling me to easily insert between the roll bar and windscreen.

Inserted the 6-32 screws through the windscreen, washer and into the roll bar and snugged. The windscreen is not yet countersunk for the screws, saved that for the next step.
