Brief Description: Windscreen and Instrument Panel Top Skin
Decided to prime and paint the top of the instrument panel skin which lies under the front windscreen. With the windscreen in place, masked the top skin outside of the windscreen with electrical tape, then applied painters tape to the top of the electrical tape, then taped plastic drop cloth on the front top skin, as well as the under skin of the instrument panel to prevent over-spray in the cabin or instrument panel face.
Scuffed the skin with scotch brite pads, then cleaned the skin. Primed with same high temp primer I used for the engine baffles (because I had it on hand), then I will finish with matte black.
