While waiting for new fuel and oil lines to arrive from Tom at TS Flightlines, proceeded with fitting the forward baggage floor. I've put this off because I've spent much time using the baggage door opening to access the aft firewall and related areas.
The floor is powder coated several years ago, it's been quite a while since I've done a 4y primary metal work, if is nice to fire up the compressor and do some measure and trimming, drilling, deburring and dimpling as needed to trim the baggage floor supports, and attach them after final drilling for AN426-3.5 rivets after dimpling the floor and supports.
