Brief Description:  Cowling Finish Work

Started finish sanding the cowl to find just how much work it is going to take prepping for primer and paint. The lower cowl is smooth, I've already applied a mixture of epoxy and microballoons, so now just wet sanding to smooth the finish in preparation for primer. I'm quite sure there a lots of pin holes not visible at this point.

The FAB Ram Air intake needs some work to smooth, I had previously added some epoxy and microballoons mixture to the interior to fill some of the low spots, now sanding smooth. This will need additional work, a bit more fill and sand to get the smooth intake I am needing.

Added some more epoxy and microballoons mixture to the upper left cowl, on the leading edge where it meets the lower left cowl to bring it forward a bit so that it aligns with the lower. Sanded smooth, but will still need more finish work.
