Inserted to foam block in the air scoop on the bottom cowl. The directions say to temporarily bond the block in place, but I used duct tape instead. Located the center and drilled a pilot hole using 1/2" unibit. Then used a spare blade from my flex tube cutter used on the tubing for the pitot static system, to shave and remove foam material. Carefully located the top corners of the FAB inlet, and continued to remove material until the hole in the foam blocked aligned with the FAB inlet.
