I attempted to route the pilot fresh air CAT tube under the forward baggage floor, around the left gear leg, then up through the avionics bay to the eyeball vent in the left side of the instrument panel. There was just no way to route the CAT tube through all of the avionic wiring in that location, being just left of the main radio stack, etc.
The avionics bay and wiring was just telling me instead to cut a hole in the aft baggage compartment skin (forward avionics bay skin) for routing the CAT tube from the NACA vent to the eyeball vent. Used a hole saw to cut the hole and used grommet edging t protect the CAT duct. I've committed to cutting a same sized hole in the baggage floor, but not yet committed on how in the future I will remove the forward baggage floor when needed without having to crawl under the floor from the pilot aside to disconnect the CAT tube from the NACA vent.
Since I have the brake reservoir on each brake cylinder, this is not ideal as I imagine I will need to remove the forward baggage floor periodically to check the brake fluid level in the reservoirs.
