Made new cover plates for the SunRay Plus Landing / Recognition Lights to use with the custom mount fixtures fabricated from the fiberglass tube and flange. Fabricated a mounting bracket which is riveted to the fiberglass tube. Getting the angle right to compensate for the angle of the wing tip is a challenge. Near as I can determine the angle from centerline is 110 degrees, or, ~ 20 degrees off 90 degrees to the face plate for the Navigation / Strobe lights mounted in the wing tip.
