Brief Description:  Fuel Line Connections, Fuel Valve Re-Install

Fabricated the fuel vent lines from the tanks to the fuse. Normally I would use the tube bender for the 1/4" aluminum line, however it is not really possible for the lines that connect the vent from each tank to the AN fitting on the fuse. The line goes over the top of the fuel tank attach bracket then runs roughly parallel to the fuel tank 90 degree AN fitting. I bent the tube in place, by first fluting the end at the fuse, and installing the AN fitting on the line, then attaching the line to the AN fitting on the fuse. I carefully bended the 1/4" aluminum line around the top of the tank attach bracket, making sure it does not contact the bracket. I ran the line past the AN fitting on the tank, then marked where to trim the aluminum line. It only took me three attempts, per side, to get a line trimmed to fit. After getting the line to fit, added the AN fitting to the line and fluted for the attach at the tank.

The fuel lines inside the fuse at the fuel valve are unattached, the fuel valve removed for installing the wing attach NAS bolts. Reinstalled the fuel valve (loosely), which for me means also the console cover since I purposely have the fuel valve cover plate with the left-right-off-off markings bolted through the console cover to the valve, so there is no way it is installed incorrectly. Attached the interior fuel line connections from both tanks and the valve to filter to the fuel valve AN fitting. Tightened all fittings.

Ended up with both consoles installed after re-installing the GDL39 ADBS-IN and TCW backup battery which reside under the right console.
