Finally re-installing all the hardware that I removed for various reasons. Started with the item farthest back in the fuse, the GMU 22 magnetometer. Re-installed the bespoke attach plate with the supplied brass screws, washers and nuts, using blue thread sealant. Then installed the GMU 22 into the attach plate using the three brass screws provided, again using the blue thread sealant. The wired connection to the GMU 22 needs support as it comes right off the top of the unit.
Fabricated a light weight support that attaches to the top longeron on each side of the fuse, with a small fixture, which has a snap bushing for a 5/16" hole, riveted to the support. The GMU 22 connector is secured to the small fixture using three cable ties. One cable time goes around the connector right in the middle, another cable tie goes through the snap bushing, and the third goes through the other two.
