Brief Description: New New HS Build Fwd Spar Assembly
Fun - fun - fun ... I must work out again applying SB 14-01-31 to the from spar assembly of the HS which includes the doubler plates that attached to the aft side of the HS front spar. Even though I just did this, I must read the SB closely to make sure I've got the correct steps down.
