Brief Description: New HS Build Match Drill Part 2
Proceeded with match drilling the HS. The inboard rib flange must be trimmed to clear the forward HS spar reinforcement angles. The inboard ribs on both sides of the forward HS spar must be position carefully to ensure edge clearance for the AN470-3 rivets, there are four holes, the upper and lower are in common with the forward spare reinforcement angles, the mid two are in common with the forward inboard rib flange previously trimmed to clear the reinforcement angles.
Also, the doubler plates from SB 14-01-3 must be positioned correctly to ensure clearance of the VS attach plate.
Quite a few parts in this assembly requiring proper placement before match drilling.
