After fidgeting with the upper and lower cowl where they meet the spinner, sanded the rough spots, cleaned with Acetone, then laid on a new layer of Epoxy West 105/205 mixed 50/50 with Acetone. Did the same procedure to the upper and lower cowl.
Let set up for a day, then start to sand down again.
