Brief Description:  Fitting the Cowl to Prop Spinner

Installed the lower and upper cowl and determined the clearance between the cowl and spinner bulkhead. Rotated the prop to ensure clearance. While there is no clearance issue, a couple of areas on the cowl where the upper meets the lower need attention.

Removed the upper and lower cowl. re-assembled the upper and lower cowl off the airframe to replicate the issues. Determined the areas needs a bit of fill and sanding, taped off the areas, and filled the gaps between the upper and lower cowl with paste wax to prevent them from getting epoxied into a single cowl. Used West epoxy 105/205 and microballoons to fill low areas where the upper and lower cowl intersect, let set up then sanded smooth.

After sanding, separated the upper and lower cowl to finish some details.
